Our application is supported by advertisements. By playing BrainLand, you consent to the display of promotional material within the app from our third-party ad network partners.

By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms established by the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and subject to Apple's refund policies. You are responsible for any charges incurred on your account.
You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or cheat the leaderboards or game progression systems is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.
All content within BrainLand: Brain Puzzle Games, including but not limited to graphics, designs, puzzles, music, and text, are the intellectual property of the developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without expressed permission.
BrainLand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
